Rokko View Palace in Kobe

I went there on workday. Unlucky it's closing some part for improving. Not much happy.

Spending time here at night with good scenarios and tasty food!!

Very spectacular.A million night's worth.I love this place.

It is a good place to go to escape the city and enjoy the fresh air and scenery. There are several places to sit and enjoy the view while having a cup of coffee.

The views are amazing but wrap up warm as it's windy & cold (January)

The views are amazing but now during winter almost everything is closed and it's a little depressing, even the ropeway to Arima. Only the Winter Park is open..

Very cooling and comfortable. Not the best view though.

The view of Osaka and Kobe from here is gorgeous. The cable car to here is a fun diversion from Arima onsen. There is a chair lift nearby and restaurants, and the terrace itself is super cool with natural coming effects. In fact even in a very hot day like the one we went, the mountain breezes are cool.

Beautiful views here. Nice family style cafes here to eat at too.

Breath taking views of Osaka bay, love the cartoon characters they display. Worth visiting!

Spectacular views, but that's about all you could say. Once at the top of the tramway, you have to pay for busses around the attractions. You also have to pay to enter some of those attractions. All in all it can turn out to be an expensive day!

One of the most panoramic spots in Japan. Look out over Osaka Bay and the city of Kobe. With restaurants and shops nearby you can also enjoy a great view while dining or shopping.

Got view like so many 💎 dimonds💖💖💖👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻we visited here on Christmas Eve , but not crowded ... enjoyed well. Make sure to stay warm... it was very cold to stay outside🙌but worth to be here 🌏💞💞💞👏🏻💖✨

Lovely place, worth the drive up the mountain. If you fancy a cable car ride, do enquire about hours.

Would have been a 5 if we went there on a clear night. However, it was foggy and the stores were closing.

An amazing view of Kobe and Osaka. If the weather is right you can look really far. I went there as a hiking trip from arima onsen over mt. Rokkō to all the waterfalls back up to the garden terrace it was an amazing hike in early autumn.There was a Toilette and drinks and even some places to eat. Perfect for a rest and an awesome view.

Great view of Kobe with trails accessable for all levels of hikers and trail runners to enjoy.

Went there at nite too dark to see anything

A great view from there mountain. We were part of a tour so we ate some hotpot dish. Not really my cup of tea as the soupbase was sweet and something I'm not used to. If I go again I'd probably go for the bbq option.

Foreigners can purchase a round trip ticket that includes all the transportation for 1000yen. Night view was nice. If going at night would recommend a jacket since it got a bit cold, was also breezy. We were there near the end of May.

Great view of the Kobe-Osaka metropolitan area in the day and at night. There is a viewing tower that you can climb up. Surrounding are many small shops selling local produces like jams, tea, fruit, juices, etc. Nearby is an excellent restaurant that serves Kobe beef. They have seats that entitles you a view of the city.

Not exciting but pleasant enough for a brief stop.A nice tower with excellent patterned tree twigs great for photography practice. Not bad food provided by the restaurant.

Lovely sunset view and the lights of Kobe.I was quite surprised that there were quite a few foreign tourists (as I imagined this to be more local spot - for the dating, more specifically).They have several souvenir shops and restaurants to kill time and the outside benches for the view. I think there were three of four view points and each was different from the other.

Very nice view point. Just be careful about the weather. It can be tricky. I was there where it was super foggy. Could not see much :(

It was very cold there but rare place with air condition to stay. Actually, there is a tiny room on the landmark.

An amazing view!! Takes a little effort to get too. My suggestion is to take the ropeway from arima onsen station. Try and set aside a day so that you can see everything. Absolutely worth it!

don't forget your hat and gloves if you go in the winter. also bring your date. it's a favorite for couples. yes the view is quite nice. you see how expansive osaka&kobe are.

There is small garden and terrace to see Kobe city viewing. very close to the hotels on the Rokko mountain but through the long winding and steep road.

Beautiful scenery and cooling weather. Nice and friend stuff at the restaurant.

The view was nice but the food was horrendous. Each of 4 dishes were well below acceptable. If ever I head this way again I would pack my own lunch. No offence to the staff who seemed polite and hardworking but even the dirty and crumpled uniforms foretold of the poor food to come.

This probably a very nice place for viewing the Kobe and Osaka Bay. But due to the weather, I only was able to see a little. The prices are better than in Kobe for souvenirs.

Its wonderful place, in just one destination you can go to every (onsen), old store, park, restorant and many more.

Beautiful panorama of Kochi City and harbor. Great to visit at night.
